Shannon Franks

Shannon originally planned a path to physical therapy after watching her mother have to go through major complications from a car accident. She graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with her B.S. Kinesiology in 2013. She worked in the physical therapy setting for over four years, and during that time she began learning how to write programs for corrective movements and functional training. She started training as a side job, but enjoyed it so much she decided to go forward and deeper into different training styles and make helping others her full-time passion. Shannon is also a First Dan Taekwondo Black Belt. She loves teaching classes of all ages as well as working on the individual level. Shannon is also certified in Functional Range Conditioning and is a certified Flexologist.
