Madison Ribeiro

Madison is a collegiate softball player currently in the process of completing her B.S. degree in Biology. Madison’s passion for health and fitness stemmed from being an athlete her entire life. Madison spent countless hours traveling throughout the country playing for one of the top ranked travel softball organizations. Doing so earned Madison a scholarship to play softball at California State University, Monterey Bay. Madison’s plans shifted when she decided to transfer back home after her first year of undergrad. Madison set her focus towards the gym in the course of the COVID-19 pandemic while she was unable to compete in collegiate athletics. During this time, Madison became a nationally accredited Certified Personal Trainer and expanded her knowledge in training styles such as hypertrophy, sport-specific training, corrective exercise, functional ability and mobility. Madison also has knowledge in nutrition and macro-based dieting plans through taking extra nutrition courses through her years of undergrad. Madison specializes in working with people of all age groups, looking to simply improve their quality of life. She hopes to assist her clientele in building confidence both in and out of the gym.
