With the nationally accredited certifications he has received over his career ( NASM CPT, NESTA CPT, ISSA CPT ) Coach Jimmys foundational approach, insurers that his clients will attain their fitness goal without injury, and provide a science based approach to program development.

As a former athlete, Coach Jimmy is an expert at creating a specialized drills that are sport specific. He has also worked with youth sports programs ( Tennis, Baseball )
